1. Cybersecurity
As a project and program manager in cyber security, I build teams to accomplish the following:
Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and frameworks to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the deployment of security controls, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.
Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance security awareness and promote a culture of risk mitigation.
Ensure secure configuration and monitoring of infrastructure, including firewalls, SIEM systems, and access controls.

2. Data Migration
Plan and execute end-to-end data migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Define data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the migration process.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data mapping, transformation rules, and validation criteria.
Monitor migration performance and resolve data discrepancies or quality issues.
Ensure appropriate backup and disaster recovery plans are in place before and after migration.
Utilize tools such as ETL pipelines, cloud migration platforms, and data warehouses to facilitate smooth transitions.
Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting to ensure business continuity.
3. Infrastructure
Lead infrastructure modernization projects, including cloud adoption, on-premises upgrades, and hybrid environments.
Oversee the implementation of network, storage, and compute solutions to meet business demands.
Ensure infrastructure scalability, security, and high availability across enterprise environments.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts for infrastructure services and solutions.
Establish monitoring and reporting frameworks to track infrastructure performance and capacity planning.
Coordinate with IT teams to minimize downtime during infrastructure changes or upgrades.
Implement automation and orchestration tools to streamline infrastructure operations and reduce manual intervention.
4. PMO Initiatives
Develop and enforce project governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies (ITIL4, PRINCE2, PMI, Agile).
Ensure alignment of projects with strategic business goals and organizational priorities.
Monitor and report on project KPIs, performance, and resource utilization to executive stakeholders.
Establish best practices for risk management, issue resolution, and project documentation.
Standardize processes for budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking across programs.
Provide mentorship and training to project teams to enhance PMO maturity.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication across business units.
5. Digitalization
Lead digital transformation initiatives, integrating emerging technologies to enhance business operations.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and process optimization areas.
Implement solutions such as AI, RPA, and cloud-based applications to drive digital innovation.
Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with customer experience and business objectives.
Manage change and ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes across departments.
Measure and report the impact of digitalization efforts on productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
